His journey, inspired by the famous “tsipouradika” and enriched by the diverse flavors of Greece—from the Cyclades to Crete, Thessaly to the Ionian islands, and the herbs and spices of Peloponnese and Macedonia—ensures a unique and authentic dining experience.

“ With the first taste influences from the famous “tsipouradika”, I started my culinary journey. I was impressed many times with the diversity of the Cyclades, the purity of the products of Crete, the particularity of the products of Thessaly, the eccentricity of the Ionian dishes. The fresh herbs and spices of Peloponnese and Macedonia add to every dish incredible authentic flavors.
